Design and deployment of a modular Environmental and Social Management Policy training platform for Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA). ELFA configured and implemented a scalable learning management environment with learner tracking and automated certification workflows for staff and partners across multiple African countries. The platform strengthened institutional integration of policy learning within operational systems.
